Easter seems to be a good time to organise another local Cottage Market, so on Saturday 20th April the Cottage Market will return to the Goleen Community Centre from 2pm -5pm.
The Cottage Market is an opportunity for local crafters and bakers and others to sell their wares and for customers to find quality stuff right on their doorstep. But that’s not all! The Cottage Market is also a chance for the community to come together for a chat and a cup of tea and show its support.
We are so lucky that we have such talented artisans right here in West Cork. The selection of cakes, bread & preserves are superb, made with great care and quality ingredients, you won’t find better in any delicatessen. We have award winning honey and the finest handmade traditional crafts.
This market will be even more special as our Goleen & Disttrict Community Council are organising another Easter Egg Hunt around the grounds and there are plans for other family activities including face & rock painting which proved really popular last year.
